Why is there a blue area around the live image?

Cadrage can simulate any camera and focal length combination. However, of course, it can work only within the scope of the field of view of your phone’s camera. If you go wider than this, a blue placeholder will be displayed around the camera preview to account for the missing image information. This ensures that you will still get a good estimate of the framing. Because this is a hardware limitation, the only way to expand the field of view is to attach a wide-angle adapter to your phone.
