Help, the app crashed! What can I do?

If you run into technical problems with the app, like a crash or an error message, please try restarting your device. This may sound simple but it solves almost all problems. If this does not help, get in touch with us. We usually respond very quickly and will do our best to solve the problem. If you have not heard back from us within 48 hours, please check your spam folder.

All images and videos stored in Cadrage’s gallery are saved locally on your device. If you delete the app, these files will be permanently lost. If you still decide to delete and reinstall the app, make sure to back up your files first.
